We here at Phi Rho believe in independent living. As a consequence we do not have a food coop. Imagine what would happen if Ben Spilseth made dinner:

In the end, we figure, it's probably better if you cook your own food. Or, you can choose to join Nu Sigma Nu's food coop (they're 1 block away).
Parking
Incoming Phi Rho members can park on the street for free. This is a change from the past but was necessary to keep rents from increasing. First years can park in our lot if a 2nd year gives up their spot - assignment will be by lottery.
2nd year Phi Rho members are ensured off-street parking but can give this up and park on the street.
Garaged parking: we have 4 garage spots that cost $20/month. 1 is reserved for a 1st year student and will be chosen by lottery. The remainder go to 2nd years by lottery (1st year is grandfathered their 2nd year) and remaining spots, if any, are made available to 1st years.
Alumni are ensured a free parking spot while they complete rotations at Fairview-University during their 3rd and 4th years. We also issue guest passes which allow your guests to park off-street for free overnight.
Non-Phi Rho members may purchase off-street parking passes. Contact us for more information.
HousingAt Phi Rho everybody gets their own room. You might be in an apartment with up to two other individuals, but you'll only share a bathroom/kitchen/living room. Nothing is air conditioned, but you can bring a window unit. Heating, electricity, water, gas and rubbish fees are all covered by Phi Rho. Please contact our house manager with any questions or if you are interested in moving in.
